NERC Conference Exhibitor Space

If you are looking to introduce your company to representatives throughout the Northeast region, exhibiting at NERC’s bi-annual Conferences is the right choice. NERC is well respected as a professional organization that addresses the most pertinent issues in recycling for the Northeast.  NERC’s Conferences attract an audience of state recycling officials from the ten Northeast states, municipal recycling coordinators, recycling trade associations, private businesses, consultants, and non-profit organizations.

NERC offers a limited number of exhibitor tables at its Conferences, which are located in the same room as the Conference sessions.  In this way, exhibitors are guaranteed the exposure to all the Conference attendees.  Following are exhibit space details:

• Cost - $500/day (includes exhibit space and registration for one staff person)
• Floor area - 6’ long by 3’ wide; table and electricity are available if needed
• Conference Registration is good for one member of your company.  Note: Additional members of your company must pay the full registration fee for the day(s) they attend.

A memo of understanding (see below) must be signed by all exhibitors and faxed to NERC at 802-254-5870 before the first day of the Conference.
