NERC Conference Exhibitor Memo of Understanding

By exhibiting you agree to:

• Set-up your display no later than 8:30 a.m. and keep it intact until the conference ends for the day when it should be dismantled entirely.  Two-day displays may remain intact overnight at your own risk.
• Hold NERC and/or the Hotel Northampton harmless for any damage, theft, or other incident which may cause harm to your display at any time.
• Pay the full registration fee for any additional staff.
