Member Account

Account Management

Each Member Organization must have a Primary Contact who is responsible for:

  • Membership payment and renewals 
  • Updating the member organization profile that is featured in NERC's public Membership Directory
  • Adding sub-members (employees) to access member benefits, such as registration discounts and member-only resources

Accessing Member-Only Resources

To access member-only resources:

  1. Create an account through Neon here.
  2. Reach out to Sophie Leone at sophie@nerc.org to request that your account be added as a sub-member of your Organization's Member Account.


Note: The Organization's Primary Contact may also add sub-members. Instructions on how to add a sub-member can be found here.

Payment & Renewals

The Primary Contact receives an annual invoice to renew their organization's membership. Payments may be made directly through Neon, Bill.com, or by check. To make a payment through Neon, log-in here.
