A complimentary shuttle service is available to and from Boston Logan Internation Aiport and Aiport T Station.
Public transportation options are availble through the T, both Subway and Bus
options.
Airport Shuttle:
- After retrieving your luggage, call (617) 568-1234
- Specify which airline you arrived on. Wait time is generally 20 minutes or less.
- Pick-up locations at Boston Logan International Airport:
- TERMINAL A – Delta, WestJet - Go to the A104 door, exit and locate the “Courtesy Bus” sign
- TERMINAL B1 – American, PenAir, Air Canada - Go to the B101 door, exit and locate the “Courtesy Bus” sign
- TERMINAL B2 – United, Spirit, Southwest, Alaska - Go to the B115 door, exit and locate the “Courtesy Bus” sign
- TERMINAL C – JetBlue, SunCountry, Aer Lingus, Virgin America, Cape Air - Go to C110 door, exit and locate the “Courtesy Bus” sign
- TERMINAL E – International Airlines and Domestic Airlines with International Arrivals - Cross to the second lane and go all the way to the right were it says “Courtesy Bus”
- SUBWAY – Blue Line Airport Station - Cross the street to the second lane where it says “Courtesy Bus” - the Blue Line will take guests to the Aquarium and Government Center area
- RENTAL CAR CENTER (once the car has been returned) - Make sure to be on ground level, and all the way to the right outside of door RC 104.
- Request to Boston Logan Airport from the hotel: - Courtesy Shuttle picks up at front entrance - General wait time is 20 minutes or less, so please schedule accordingly. Tell the shuttle driver which Airline you are flying with
Alternate Transportation Option from Logan Airport/Subway/Rental Car Center: Massport/Logan Airport Route #66 Shuttle BUS – Curbside lower level of all airport terminals; serves all terminals, subway/rental car center and Water Taxi Stop behind Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor Hotel
- Ferry Terminal - right next to hotel - this goes to Long Wharf - check the MBTA website for schedule
- Water Taxi - right next to hotel - on-demand service - our guest services team can assist with arranging this - there are around 20 stops throughout Boston that the water taxi can go to, including several in the Seaport - hours are 8am to 8pm every day
